Can I upgrade from a VIP Splash Pass to the Member Private Club Pass?

Yes — if you've booked a hotel or villa package that includes a VIP Splash Pass, you are eligible to upgrade to the Member Private Club Pass for $1,999 per person.

The upgrade can be added directly through your TIXR account after your initial purchase. Please note that the Member Private Club Pass is very limited, so we recommend adding the upgrade as early as possible to secure your spot.

If you are on a payment plan: The upgrade is only available once your payment plan has been paid in full. If you'd like help getting upgraded before your balance is fully paid, reach out to us at support@countrysplash.com and we'll do our best to make the upgrade as seamless as possible.

Standalone VIP Splash Pass holders (without a hotel or villa package) are not eligible for the $1,999 upgrade rate and would need to purchase the Member Private Club Pass at the standalone rate.
