What is the refund policy?

All Country Splash ticket and package purchases are final sale. There are no refunds under any circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, your options are:

• Transfer your ticket to another person via TIXR (one transfer per ticket) — visit fansupport.tixr.com/en/articles/11083639
• File a travel protection claim through Wanderwell if you purchased protection at checkout
• Contact us at support@countrysplash.com to discuss your situation — we review hardship cases individually
